Order Cancellation

WWW.MWPBNP.COM  always try to make sure 100% customer satisfaction in Quality, Qunatitiy, Weight and Guage of the products available. However after giving Order and Even after Payment or Either after Delivery of Goods, our customer can cancel the order and get the refund. 

The Order can be cancelled in different stages, and the payment can be refunded acordingly. 

Payment Refund Category

1. Refund against EasyPay Payments
2. Refund against Bank account Payments
3. Refund against Cash on Delivery

Payment Refund Stages and Variations

1. Before Confirmation/ Receiving call from our representative  (100 % Refund)
2. After Confirmation/ Receiving call from our representative  (100 % OR Less if any Overhaeds apply to order)
3. Before Despatch of Goods (100 % OR Less if any Overhaeds apply to order)
4. After Despatch of Goods (Refund Less Loading + Unloading + Freight Charges)
5. After Delivery of Goods (Refund Less Loading + Unloading + Freight Charges)

The refund may be made in the same source as from the payment was received. In same Crdeit Card or Bank account. 

Mobile account refund will be made in the same mobile account.

EasyPaisa Shop 

• Upto PKR 15,000/- Refunds can be collected from any EasyPaisa shop in Pakistan. (CNIC or any ID required)
• Above PKR 15,000/- Refunds can be made in customer bank account.
• Refund of Mobile / EasyPaisa will be made within 5 to 7 (Five to Seven) Working Days.
• Credit Card/ Bank Refunds can be made within 10 to 15 (Ten to Fifteen) Working Days.

Please Note: A Normal Flat fee of PKR 250/- will be charged with EACH Cancellation/ Refund.

Changes / Updates

WWW.MWPBNP.COM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Refund Policy in whole or in part, at any time. Changes in this Refund Policy are effective whenever with or without notice of such change is posted. You agree and acknowledge that your continued use of WWW.MWPBNP.COM following the posting of any changes to this Refund Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
